MDS Mobility Inc. The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved and the period specified in the retention has elapsed. The company's personal information destruction procedure and method are as follows.

1)After the purpose is achieved, the information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (separate documents in the case of paper) according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations (See Article 3: retention and usage period). 2)Personal information printed on paper and documents received from user will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored in the form of electronic files will be deleted using a technical method that cannot be recovered.

The Company minimizes the staff handling for personal information and reduces the risk of personal information leakage by blocking the use of external Internet services on business PCs.
